Licensing - Travel Agents
A person who carries on business as a Travel Agent in the Northern Territory must hold a licence. Operating as a Travel Agent without a licence may incur a maximum fine of $50,000.
You should be aware that Consumer and Business Affairs will be able to issue Infringement Notices for breaches of legislation as of 1 September 2006.
